The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus

I have been going to Physical Therapy and this department is excellent. I was referred for hip/back pain and pelvic floor and Katie treated me with amazing care. Dry needling is one of their specialties and Katie and Alex have given me such great relief of some chronic pain in my hip, neck and back!! I also want to give a shout out to Eden who treated my shoulder and neck and was always very friendly, caring and skilled. She also worked with a couple UTEP students and included them in the plan of care and exercise program !! Jonathan also treated me and his traction and massage techniques also helped me. I am an active and working older woman and thank them all for keeping me moving and able to work and enjoy life!!! Please keep them in mind for any orthopedic or rehab needs you or your family have :)

Went in On Sunday with fever, pain on the top right of my abdomen that radiated to my chest, a bad headache & chills. Mentioned to them that I have gallstones and if that has anything to do with it and they said no. They tested me for flu and COVID ( which were negative btw ) the doctor came in and said I still had the flu ( even after testing negative ) sent me home with cough medicine, & sore throat medicine. Something I DIDNT EVEN HAVE. I went to a different hospital in Las Cruces, got blood work done, ultrasound everything that I shouldve gotten done turns out my Gallbladder was about to rupture and I had an infection on my gallbladder and needed emergency surgery. Please do better.

I came to the ER with extreme chest pain & the team of nurses were amazing! I want to give recognition to nurse Damaris, Elise, and Anna for handling my care so well. They were quick getting me situated and examined and provided such comforting care. I am so thankful to have come to this hospital during this scary time in my life!

I love this hospital!! The nurses are very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are taken care of. The rooms are clean, comforting and beautiful. All the doctors are very nice. The beds are very comfortable. 10/10 service. would come here again and recommend it to anyone dealing with a medical crisis.

I went in for kidney stones, it was the worst pain I have ever felt. They treated me like I was lying and just trying to score drugs. I was brought in on ambulance then was put in the waiting room which really upset me. Then once they did finally take me back they didn't give me any pain relief at all. Then they asked what medicine I'm allergic to I told them Tramadol I cannot take Tramadol because it counteracts with my seizure meds and what do they prescribe me Tramadol. Needles to say I had to go to Beaumont for proper care. Thats the army hospital, which people find worse but they helped me .
