Patient
My dad is a stroke patient who was referred here for a cardiovascular consult and the staff at this establishment have to be the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I had to leave for one appointment because the doctor didn't show up for 3 hours. The following appointment, we finally saw the doctor after another 3 hours. The doctor ordered a series a tests to include an echo-gram for my father. When I took him the first time for his echo-gram, the staff said I didn't have an appointment although I was positive I had it on my calendar correctly. I didn't make a big deal as I thought it could be a misunderstanding. The second time, I called to confirm the day before just to make sure we were on the same page. They confirmed the appointment for the following day. Three minutes before arriving to his appointment, I get a call that they had an emergency and his appointment would have to be cancelled. Of course, I was upset. To get time off work is very difficult. When I expressed my concerns to the staff member (who refused to give me her name), she hung up on me. Since I was already at the office, I got off and asked for the office manager. Although I could see her through the window, I was told she was busy and couldn't attend to me. I asked for my dad's records and was told I could not obtain them. I asked for the office manager's name and after going back and forth, she wrote it down on a piece of paper and refused to give me her last name. I would never take any of my family members to this clinic again. I warn you about going to this clinic. If this is the kind of service they provide to a patient that could potentially have heart problems, you will wait months before getting any clear answers.
