I love my experience with all providers at clinic specially Dr. Penaranda. She actually listens to me and tries to find a solution. She is not like other providers who will only let you talk about one thing and you have to make an appointment for another. I love the care that is provided by this office.
I highly recommend primary care. I have gone to several clinics and this by far is the best in El Paso. Everyone is so helpful and nice from front desk to Dr. Penaranda and the other doctors as well. They do care and check everything, you get appointments fast and the waiting is minimal, they do labs there and you can read all your test in the patient portal. Don't think twice just go there!
I give a Five Star due to, primarily, the nurse who was on duty. Once the doctor diagnosed my wife and prescribed a plan of action, that nurse was all over it! She was very professional and respectful! Too bad I'm moving on the opposite side of town! Thank You for such great care of my wife!
I was able to fill out initial documentation online which reduced my wait time Staff was efficient and pleasant. Doctor was engaging and friendly. He made me feel like my concerns were addressed. I've only visited once but I was made to feel like I had a partner in my healthcare and not just someone who was going through the motions.
