I just walked out of this office. It was very unprofessional. I walk in and let them know of my appointment I am handed paperwork to fill out. I look at the paperwork and its been filled out by other people, so I let them know and they tell me to write over the names because they are recycling. I have never seen this I find it very weird but went ahead and did it. Then my 10 year old son and I are sitting down and there's a very graphic sex scene in the movie they are playing on the big screen. I tell my son to look away and am very uncomfortable. The man next to us gets up and tells the ladies in the front to change movie because its very inappropriate. At this point I am in aww of the lack of professionalism and etiquette. They call me in to take my vitals and my son and I go into a room. The blood pressure cuff doesn't work and the lady goes out to see if she can get another one. Another lady comes in and takes blood pressure, I then proceed to voice her my concern of the treatment I need for my varicose veins. I am not new to this and have had many procedures on my veins. She says she's not sure doctor does that and will check. I wait and decide I've had enough of this office and leave. It lacks common sense and professionalism. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed
