My husband and I had been searching for a pediatrician and office that we could rely on for our first daughter's needs and Dr. Nowak is that Doctor. My very first interaction with this office told me we had found the right place. Rosa was extremely personable from the start, helped answer our new parents' questions and scheduled our first appointment within a few days, not weeks. Every office I had previously spoken with seemed to only care about what insurance provider we were working with. Rosa was the only one that spoke with us like we were not just an insurance policy. When we showed up for our appointment, the ladies in the front were polite and kind. Coming from a service background, I have rarely experienced a warm and welcoming doctor's office. They are usually short or rude and leave me feeling like I am there for them instead of the other way around. You can tell that the culture in this office puts an emphasis on its patients' and parents' needs. When we were scheduled to see them for some of her first shots, and their inventory was delayed, they reached out prior to our appointment to let us know. When we were running late to our appointment the focus was for us to drive safe. These are just a few of the qualities we appreciate about this office and we haven't even gotten to Dr Nowak who didn't try to just glaze over our concerns and really took the time to answer and discuss ALL of our questions. As new parents, we had a lot of them. When you're dealing with the many things that come along with having your first child, finding a Great Dr. and office ease a lot of other stresses. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nowak and his office and wish to let them know how Grateful we are! Thank you ALL!

Dr. Nowak is the most caring and patient doctor my children have ever had. He does not over medicate the children and is very thorough. The staff in his office is awesome! Very friendly and I always get a same day appointment. I recommend this doctor to anyone that has children.

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Nowak since birth and she is 14. Even after moving to New Mexico, I still don't trust anyone else with my daughter's care and drive the 45 minutes to keep him as her primary care. He is very thorough and always willing to explain everything in great detail. His diagnoses are spot on and his treatment plan is very conservative- he doesn't just throw antibiotics at everything. The office staff have always been amazing! I will keep him as my daughter's pediatrician until she is too old to be considered pediatric!

Dr. Nowak is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to explain everything and is always happy to answer questions. We've been accommodated twice without prior appointments because of concerns we had and were able to be seen the day of the emergencies. The office is clean and they always disinfect after every patient. Sometimes the wait can be long but I think it's because Dr. Nowak is willing to discuss everything in detail.

Dr. Nowak is amazing! It doesn't matter what your question is, he is always content and explains in detail what is wrong with baby or how we can fix it. He is sweet and gentle with my son! He is an amazing Dr and the staff is awesome! My baby and I feel very safe and taken care of !
