Patient Reviews

Patient

Dr. Miller really knows his business and freely shares his knowledge. He takes his time with each patient, and explains everything a patient needs to know in detail. I was referred to Dr, Miller by a satisfied friend, and I am very satisfied. Also, I have referred one relative to Dr. Miller and he, too, is very satisfied. He said Dr. Miller was the first doctor to ever fully explain his health situation to him.

Dr. Miller is a great cardiologist. He is always attentive and professional. He has helped me a great deal with my HTN. You may have to wait to see him only because he spends quality time with each and every patient. When its your turn to see him you get all his attention and it is well worth the wait. I have never felt better thanks to Dr. Miller..

It is with a heavy heart that I felt compelled to write this review. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for over 20 years. He cared for my parents as well and always exercised the most compassionate and professional care. It laments to say that his office staff has changed the face and dynamics of this office. My family and I recently endured one the single most tragic experiences of our lives; the tragic loss of a dear, young loved one. For this reason I was unable to keep my 6 month check in. I respect policies, have never been late, I am not demanding. The office personnel, Araceli, scolded me for not keeping my appointment. She was resistant to help me get my prescriptions and demanded I show up to my appointment. Time and time again I explained the hardship my family and I were dealing with, but she lacked compassion for my situation. I received a withdrawal of care from Dr. Miller signed the same day I had a conversation with her. I was so disheartened, disappointed and left for a loss of words. To leave a patient in the middle of diagnostic testing, requiring refills to treat my blood pressure, after 20 years of history is not what I expected from Dr. Miller and office staff. This person arbitrarily took it upon themselves to dismiss me with complete disregard and lack of compassion for my tragic loss. This is the type of thing that would occur in a third world country, not our USA, where we take pride in our work and have to adhere to ethical practices. I am now left scrambling and left on a lurch searching for a new dr to get the medication and medical care I need. I was not given time to even locate a new dr. I would advise anyone reading this review to take your medical care elsewhere, while Dr. Miller had been an excellent dr to me and my family, his office is now run by tyrants and you will easily be dismissed if and when the office staff declares it you should be so.

Dr.Miller is a awesome Dr. But his staff is the pits! I have been seeing Dr. Miller for many years until the incident that happened today with a member of his staff! She became upset because I could not remember why I quit taking one of my meds! She said that I should know why! I believe she must have had a bad day due to the scowl on her face before she even asked me anything! It's ashame to lose a long time patient due to incompetent help!

Patient

This is by far the least friendly staff I have ever encountered in El Paso. They either have something to hide or they are so incompetent they afraid for others to watch what they're doing.! Denying access to the Dr or patient during visits with elderly patients who are hard of hearing and unstable is beyond my understanding? My client asked for me twice, and she was told she could leave or see the Dr alone. This is a follow up after stent was inserted. Apparently telling an elderly patient (95yrso) it's our way or the highway is there method of following "Policy" Find another Cardiologist
