THE MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH !!! THEY SCHEDULE YOU AT TIMES WHEN THERE CLOSED ! THEY DON' T HAVE YOUR HEART MONITORS READY WHEN THEY SPECIFICALLY MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THIS !!! ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER !!!

My mom has been seeing Dr. Medrano for several years now and the consultation times are getting worse. About a 2-3 hour wait for a 2-3 minute consult is beyond ridiculous!

Doctor Medrano doesn't see my patient, he puts his assistant, we don't like that, we're completely unhappy, and in his clinic take for ever to answer the call, also the East clinic floor have been so dirty lately!!!!!
