The office staff is inefficient and some act entitled and with a tough kid attitude because they listen to patients to respond not to listen. It's at least 60 minutes after your appointment time before you get called in, it's a total disregard for your time. My appointment for my mother was actually moved last minute so add that to the level of inefficiency. The doctor is fine, he has a great bedside manner, but poor processes make or break a practice.
