Las Palmas Medical Center

This hospital is the only one we go to. They always get our daughter in quick and make her top priority. We've been here 5 times and I couldn't imagine going somewhere else. The respiratory team and the RNs are some of the best people I know! They do all the can to keep all of us comfortable the entire stay. Felipe, Michael, Luisa, Stephanie, fairuz are not only great at their job but they are great people. The pediatric team is top not at this hospital!!

Labor and Delivery Review- this hospital is wonderful! They've really gone above and beyond to make the experience incredible. Special gift box of snacks, a yoga ball to aid with labor is automatically placed in your room, and they gave us a celebratory lunch/dinner with las Palmas glasses after delivery for me and my spouse! They also made a cute Halloween foot print card, etc. They provide all the paperwork you need for discharge, a birth certificate rep comes by, wonderful lactation specialist. I mean they have thought of everything !! My nurses that really stood out were Jessica Imay, Marlee, and Carmen! These ladies had to do some hard work with constantly monitoring me and changing my positions and some gross jobs and they did it all HAPPILY! More than accommodating for my 25 hr labor. I also thought that Sonia E. , the epidural specialist, was very knowledgeable and calming. She walked me through the entire process and I was soo nervous. Socorro with lactation is also a HUGE asset to your team, she is so caring and very educational. She truly wants to make you succeed. Very skilled group of ladies! And one of my last nurses was Tony in postpartum and he was also super professional and knowledgable for both me and my baby! Overall, this hospital really cares about their staff because not one nurse , resident , doctor was rude. I didn't care for the on call pediatrician but he was there for 2 seconds and won't spoil my overall opinion of the hospital. Very thankful for the experience here , especially being new to El Paso. Was clean, constantly brought meals, and attended to at the highest level of care. I accidentally hit no on the survey text, but I'd be happy to retake it if they resend it.

On Sept. 25, 2025 I had an Aquablation surgery at L.P.M.C. 4th floor emergency room 402. It's been 2 wks and I feel well, thanks to Doc. Moriella. He provided excellent- service through and through! Edgardo RN, Patrick LVN and Sabrina PCT were very patient, professional and courteous. All of them answered my concerns and questions. Alanni PCT was very patient when she drew my blood . Miguel FNG tech was also very courteous when he delivered the food which was good. Rachael RN leadership was also very attentive and courteous. All the employees that I came across at Las Palmas Medical center are an asset because of the excellent-service provided to me!

Pre-op staff on their game did a great job overall. The stuff was four star only issues that I can bring to mine just for the sake of the quality improvement. Would be that later in the evening around 8:30 or so seemed like there was a little disconnect in the recovery area and the staff having the necessary supplies needed to DC IVs and and get discharge planning done, but other than that, it was an acceptable above average visit and thank you very much!

The hospital staff were all very friendly and helpful. They really made an effort to see that I was comfortable and well cared for. The food was prepared in a very healthy and appealing manner and was delicious. Nice choice of food items with local flavors and dishes included. Special order sandwiches and burgers were also available and appreciated by me. The cafeteria is doing a great job. Very satisfied with all hospital services.
