Felipe Ochoa, ACNP is very nice and professional. He listens, takes his time to understand the needs of the patient. I love that Felipe Ochoa shows caring, compassion and concern for my mother whenever she has seen him for any of her visits at Center Of The Heart. The goal is 5 star care and it shows! The staff are also friendly and helpful.
Mr. Ochoa is a a very professional,kind respected, good sense of humor, patient and lots more human being. Listens and explains everything you ask and what he's supposed to tell you, I give Mr. Felipe Ochoa a 5 star and if I could, I would give him a 10 or more. I give props to all the staff,employees that work for this office, and all positions. They are very helpfull,kind and real patient with clients,including myself. And last but,not least, Mr. Assi,you guys are the best!! I highly recommend you'll . I thank God I was referred to you'll.
SVT data from over a year ago may not be pertinent to my visit in April 2025. I did not appreciate my treatment being compared to Trump ( believe it or not). I did not and do not care to have that garbage (DJT) discussed in my healthcare visit. Quest data for most recent lab work was sent to me AND Center of Heart-yet this data was NOT available to the provider at the time of visit. Provider did not appear to be up to speed on the most recent history of my treatment at this facility.
My experience with Felipe Ochoa, ACNP was wonderful. He took the time to go over my results and address all of my concerns. He provided a safe space that allowed me to feel that he was truly listening and gave me the confidence to share aspects of my history that have concerned me for some time.
Felipe Ochoa did just fine. I appreciated him and he was very knowledgeable. However, I was expecting to see Dr. Assi.
