The experience meeting Dr. McIntosh and her assistant was great. She was thorough and patient with my daughter. The front desk staff not overly friendly but professional and caring. The only negative was that I has was that I arrive 20 minutes early for my 10am appointment but still waited 3 hours to see the doctor. That was quite challenging with my toddler and no snacks. I will be returning because she was amazing with my daughter, but prepare for a looooong wait. It was would nice it they'll text us that the doctor is ready so we can take the kids outside to get their energies out.

I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the girls in reception. Jacquie was very welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. You can tell she really cares about the patients. She answered all my questions about appointments, prices, and glasses with patience and a smile. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. That customer service is rare to find. I highly recommend this place. The people here truly make this experience better from start to finish.

Dr. Pina is a great Opthalmologist! She has lots of patience with children and is very knowledgeable. Delilah and Paulina at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. My child enjoys her visits.

Dr. McIntosh is amazing and kind. She is very thorough and patient. Judith made sure my child was comfortable with his eye exam. The front desk clerk Jacque knew my child by name and was sweet. Extremely helpful.

I absolutely love this establishment! It was our first time but the staff were troops despite being in the heat and did a fantastic job keeping there cool. I appreciate everything they did for my son, I know it was not easy because what kid wants to get eye drops in their eyes but we all pushed through. The staff was patient while we were flustered and uncomfortable we still made it through. Thank you so much!
