Dr. Santoscoy is excellent, his office staff and office manager are the complete opposite. I will send a complaint to medicare on the office employees and their office manager. After having open heart surgery 7 weeks ago they expected payment in full on a $530 bill. The office staff was so forceful that one of the employees followed me outside the office to the elevators. Again Dr. Santoscoy performed his job professionally, this is about the office staff, office manager and the complete disrespect to the patient.
