Dr. Michael Gutierrez M.D.

Dr. Gutierrez and his staff have been so patient and kind dealing with a 66 yoa cranky man like myself. Fernanda was extremely proficient and knowledgeable prepping me for a stress test. Nancy and Priscilla were also extremely helpful with providing me information about my results and scheduling me for future appointments.

Dr. Michael Gutierrez is the best cardiologist. On my visit as a new patient, he was cordial, professional & took his time answering all my questions. After my visit, he even walked me to the reception area to make sure my follow up studies were scheduled. His nurse Mary is also excellent & very compassionate. His staff are also very friendly & assisted me with all matters. It's good to know that I am in good hands. Dr. Gutierrez & his staff are wonderful & the best in El Paso!

He is the real deal. Dr. Gutierrez is compassionate and caring. I highly recommend him. And I must mention that his RN, Mary, is as great. The staff from the entrance to the exit is Is helpful and kind. And don't we all need kindness in our lives?

UPDATE: After posting this, the office manager Bea emailed me and set up an appointment. Dr Gutierrez was amazing. He spent almost an hour with me explaining all of my procedures thoroughly and where and how we were going to move forward. This was all I wanted, just to see the doctor and have him give me a 2nd opinion on all my ailments. I am very happy and would highly recommend him and his nurse, Mary. I would love to give an amazing review of this doctor, but I was never able to get an appointment with him because I had to send an approval to get my records from my other doctor which I did last week. I am still waiting. Griselda was very helpful, but every time I called to talk to Criss, it seemed like I was bothering her. She says she never received my fax, then said she couldn't get into email to check if she received it there. It seems like the dr is good, but his employee is stopping people from being able to get in and see him for a second opinion. Good thing it wasn't an emergency for me. Hopefully the Doctor knows how his office is being run and how he is losing potential clients who really need to see him.

Dr. Gutierrez is a knowledgeable, and very caring cardiologist. He went above and beyond.....something you don't often see anymore. He took his time to explain my husband's situation, and offered suggestions on how to achieve balance for a healthier way of living. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gutierrez!!
