I was referred to this office, but no one ever answered the phone in the first three times I tried to call. I tried once in the morning, a different day in the afternoon and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes I received a robot message "no one is available to take your call". Disconnected. I waited an hour and called back. Was on hold another several minutes, someone said "ummmm hello?" and hung up on me before I could say a word. If answering the phone is too difficult for this office, I would hate to see how my child's heart health would fare.
