I am VERY HAPPY with the service provided by Dr. Turbay. I was a nervous wreck when I first started to see him. Why? Because he is a Cardiologist and I was worried about my future. Annette at the window was very professional and genuinely nice. She gave me a warm welcome and her kindness eased my nervousness. I was treated with the utmost respect by Dr. Turbay and his staff. Everything was explained to me and I understood the process. Dr. Turbay assured me that he would get to the bottom of my concerns. I went thru several procedures before I saw him again. Each step I took to find the answer to my problem was very thorough. His staff is knowledgeable, professional and kind. After my first visit with Dr. Turbay, all of my following visits have been comfortable and pleasant. If I waited a long time in the waiting room, I didn't complain and I will never complain. He accommodates his patients by entertaining us with movies while we wait. What else can we ask for? The consultation isn't rushed. He explains the results with knowledge and support. He asks if I have any questions or concerns. He takes time to make sure I'm at ease and ready for the next challenge. I respect the fact that if he is taking that kind of time to treat other patients the way he treats me, then that is why I will never complain about the waiting time to be seen. Let me begin by saying that Dr. Turbay is an amazing cardiologist! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the office is very well run. I can always tell when a doctor is great if I have a smooth front desk and appointment booking experience, which I did. Needed a new cardiologist after moving to Texas and after researching multiple doctors' credentials, went to see Dr. Turbay for monitoring of my mitral valve prolapse. My experience was excellent. He was extremely patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand.
