VERRY UNPLEASANT VISIT FOR OUR FIRST TIME NEVER HAVE WE EXPERIENCED SUCH INCONSIDERATION AS WE WERE REGISTERED MY MOTHER-IN-LAW FOR HER APPOINTMENT THEY TOLD HER SHE HAD A BALANCE DUE WE SAID WE UNDERSTOOD SHE ISN'T WORKING SHES A CANCER PATIENT THE MANAGER JUMPED IN AND RUDELY SAID WELL "friendly reminder" NEXT TIME IF SHE HAS A BALANCE THAT HASN'T BEEN PAID AND U CANNOT PUT ANYTHING DOWN TWARDS UR PAYMENT U WILL NOT BE SEEN FOR UR APPOINTMENT SO UR TELLING ME WE GOT A REFEAL TO BE SEEN HERE AND DEALING WITH FINANCES WERE WORKING ON FOR A 100$ BILL UR GONNA REJECT HER NEXT TIME??! MIND U SHES A SENIOR CITIZEN I THINK NOT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL

The phone line for apointments really sucks. They leave you on hold for quite a long time and when they answer you after 15 minutes they just say Center of the heart please hold and they right away put you on hold again they don't even let you talk. Very bad customer service

Been on the phone trying to get through to anyone. No luck at all. The Doctors discharged me from a procedure with no pain medication. After they acknowledged the mistake they sent me new medications and when I went to pick them up at pharmacy it was the wrong one. I had appointment today and they cancelled without letting me know. Still no answer. Still in pain. I am a registered CMA and Phlebotomist. I gave them the benefit of doubt at least three times but now I have to speak up. Their post procedure patient care is horrendous. And the office is very disorganized. I put my life and health in their hands and now I feel like I'm regretting it. Don't let it happen to you. I would look elsewhere for care. That's what I'm doing right now.

Unpleasant experience. First of all they book everyone between 9-10:30 and have you wait until the doctor shows up. That could range anywhere from 12-1 pm. Staff is unprepared once you get there unaware if the insurance company is going to take care of the visit.

No one answers the phone!!!! And the machine is full. How can a medical office be run in such a manner. DON'T USE THIS DOCTORS. They obviously don't care about their patients.
