Dr. Tripathi saved my uncles life along with his team. He was having a heart attack. The cardiac team came straight to the ER and picked him up talking to Surgery within 30 minutes of him arriving to the ER, he went straight to the operating room without wasting any time to come see us. after the procedure my uncle got sent to the cardiac ICU and Doctor Tripathi spoke with us after. Explaining that he'll be keeping a close eye on him overnight a week later, my uncle walked out of the hospital. I'm so grateful that a doctor of his caliber left his home country to come practice here in El Paso.

The staff at Dr Tripathi's office is outstanding. They are qick to answer your questions and are very friendly. Dr. Tripatji is well prepared and very thorough throughout the examination. I also like the fact that there is very little waiting time when I get examined.

I am very impressed with Dr. Tripathi and his attention to my family. Dr. Tripathi is a wonderful human being with empathy - willing to take the time to listen and share his expertise. Great physician!

My father recieved care from Dr. Tripathi from the hospital until discharge when he was referred to his office for follow up treatment. The first time his prescription meds were about to run out they had instructed us to call their office to ask for a refill. I called on a Tuesday they told me theyd be ready by Wednesday and my father went on Friday to pick them up and the pharmacy said they never received the prescription from Tripathis office. I called them immediately only to be told there was a miscommunication issue and it was never submitted, I found that extremely unprofessional and unacceptable as i told them Dr Tripathis said it was very important for him to take the pill once a day and now we wouldnt have a pill for him because of their "miscommunication issue". When i asked for a solution from the reception staff they were rude and only suggested to just go to the ER because they were about to close and there was nothing they could do and now we'd have to pay monetarily for their mistake. We eventually learned his primary doctor could just put in his prescriptions for him as well instead of doing it with Dr Tripathis staff and having to call every day to make sure they did. There were many miscommunication issues between the staff and doctor. I brought up my concerns to Dr. Tripathi on one of his last appointments because I thought hed want to know how his front staff (who is supposed to represent him) were messing up appointments and messing up his prescriptions, and he was also rude and not helpful, he told me i shouldve made the prescription call earlier, even though I did it exactly when his receptionist instructed us to call by and that I should not be having other offices send in prescriptions for him that we should call his office. I kept calling his primary doctor because I no longer trusted his office to put in the prescriptions on time. Sorry for the long review but my fathers health complications were really traumatic for our family, we had never gone through anything like this and I don't think that in the profession he's in theres a lot of room for "miscommunications" that result in missed prescriptions or appointments. I understand he has other patients but I only care about my father and want him to receive the best care possible.

Dr. Tripathi is the best, he is very caring and understanding.
