I can't speak on the dr because we have yet to speak but the staff is beyond rude. My elderly grandmother is the patient, I am here to help her with the telehealth and it has been an awful experience. It's way passed the appointment time and when i called to make sure they were still going to be calling her the woman who answered the phone answered as if I was bothering her on her own line. Extremely rude and belittling. She said they'll be calling at some point and then hung up before I could get another word in.

Not good. Appointment was at 1:30, seen at 3:30...spent 2 minutes with me only to give me a lab order. Poor service and patient care!!

Was scheduled for 3:50 appointment, kept me in lobby until 5pm, nurse call me in, took vitals, waiting for doctor to see me, doctor cones in at around 5:40 and takes about 30 second of his time to see me. What a waist of my ti.me
