Pediatric Heart Clinic

Daughter is having her follow-up appointment tomorrow!? Checked their website, and according to it, they are supposed to be Closed!? Clinic is now open on Saturdays on a trial bases!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Very disappointing experience. We had an appointment and have been waiting for over two hours, and we're still here. There's no clear communication or consideration for patients' time. Unfortunately, this happens every time we come for an appointment. We will definitely be changing doctors.

Arrived at clinic at scheduled time for my daughter's appointments and from the beginning we got to the room and staff made us wait and as well jumping from room to room with no compassion. Once exams were completed we had to wait another hour and once doctor came in 2 hours later he lasted less than 5 min. Staff very unprofessional and non compassionate. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC SINCE THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS. I AM GOING TO CHANGE CARDIOLOGIST.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My 17 month old has gone every couple months since he was born & never fails that they set our appointment & we get seen 2,3,4 hours later!! Today I had an appointment at 1:45 PM, it's now 4:28 PM, & I'm just leaving. So frustrating especially bc I had to cancel my other sons dentist appointment that was at 4:30 PM.

Im so sad to leave this review because the actual Doctors are so nice but one of the receptionist is super rude.. doesn't even try to hide that she's rude. Their schedules are not organized and have no sense of urgency. I called since monday for a clearance and comes tuesday: there was no notes that i even needed that clearance for my daughter. wednesday was supposed to be a telelmedicine call to get the clearance for my daughters surgery tomorrow and its like they did not care for her or this emergency. Now her surgery is postponed because of them.
