Kids Heart Clinic: Gupta Jyoti MD

I brought my son to see Dr. Gupta for a second opinion. The previous doctor we visited assured me there was nothing abnormal--he didn't hear or observe any issues and said my son was fine. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right. When we saw Dr. Gupta, she thoroughly examined my son and discovered not one, but two heart murmurs. Naturally, I was very scared and anxious. She immediately sensed my concern and took the time to explain everything clearly and compassionately. Her kindness and reassurance meant a lot. She also encouraged me to reach out at any time with questions or concerns, which gave me great peace of mind.

I was blessed to find Dr Gupta. She is just what my special needs teen needed. Unfortunately front office staff isnt very helpful. You have to stay on top of them to do what they need to do. Because they will not follow up with things.

Dr. Gupta you are a great doctor. However your 2 waiting rooms are very unsanitary. I never been afraid to sit on a chair until I saw your filthy chairs(fabric upholstered) My child didn't want to sit either. I just remember one time about a year ago, a chair was wet, probably urine and everyone was skipping it. It's probably still there. The place looks old and dirty and the inside waiting room has one main decoration. A disturbing picture (I will attach) it shows extream cases of disfigured children for not being vaccinated. Please share that with the moms in a brochure if you must, but why have that as the main decoration for the children's waiting room? Everyone that sits there can't get that big picture off their head (children n adults) it's just there on an empty wall n it's all there is to see while waiting. It's not a healthy or clean place for children to be in. Unsanitary and disturbing.

Unfortunately when I met Dr Gupta she seemed to be extremely involved with her patients however as time went on I realized that the front office is a revolving door for employees every two weeks there's new employees there she cannot keep her staff. I have seen where she reprimands her staff for minor incidents in front of patients. We have been trying to get medical records for over a month and a half with no positive results, I have talked to Mrs Gupta personally she says she'll call back, she'll take care of it?l, but she never does. we're still trying to get our medical records. If you're looking for a doctor's office that will not call you back we'll lose your information and make promises they can't keep then definitely come see doctor Gupta but if you're looking for someone that is involved and cares for you as a patient I suggest you find somewhere else. And for those positive reviews you see I guarantee that it's the staff or family members of the doctor that are writing those good reviews. Just pay attention to all the negative reviews they won't steer you wrong stay away.

Do not go here. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. Dr Gupta may be a good doctor but her office staff makes everything impossible. You will never get things done. They will never call you back. Your messages will go unanswered. I decided to go to Dr Khan for a 2nd opinion on an issue. I was going to take Dr Guptas records as a reference. After 6wks of trying to get the records I still dont have them. First they didnt know how much to charge me, then I apparently did not fill out the request form correctly, then the records take up to 2wks to get.....mind you, they dont call you to tell you anything. You have to keep calling them to get updates and be told anything. Dr Gupta will never call you. I email, leave messages, etc. No communication whatsoever. I finally asked Dr Khan's office to get the records but, low and behold, Dr Gupta's office never received the request. I call B.S. but whatever. I completely done with this office. Maybe next year the records will magically appear. DO NOT GO HERE.
