Was referred by my primary care. Called multiple times to schedule and left several messages for referral coordinator. After the 5th time I basically said do not transfer me to the referral coordinator Claudia. After an hour or so she finally called back only to claim she didn't have a referral from my doctor. I got another referral to another cardiologist by then and told her so. She simply said ok...I guess this practice doesn't need any patients. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
Waited for 1hr and a half. Ladies in the front desk kept giggling and making fun of whatever patient gives them a problem. Left my appointment disappointed because I did not get a call back like Dr Isaac said.
Very poor communication. They tell you you're having one test and provide written patient education for that test, but when you arrive, you have been scheduled for something different. Not a good way to run a medical office.
I love Dr Issac's Cardiovascular clinic located in Duncanville, Tx. In my opinion Dr Issac is the best cardiologist that you could have. Dr Issac has been working with my family for years & has done & is still doing a wonderful/excellent job...The all around staff are friendly & polite, plus both medical & procedure clinics are always clean, smelling nice, & very very heart warming welcoming & I will recommend Dr T Issac to anyone with Cardiology problems...Thank you Dr Tim Issac for all that you & plus some...Keep up the great work... Maybe one day I will give more stars, but not so far. I'm 3 for 3 in waiting forever for my appt. My time is valuable too, and i don't feel it's right to schedule for an appt and make us wait so long.
