The ladies at the front desk are horrible. Dr. Ravi is a very good and awesome heart doctor. He could receive a 5 star, but his office is a reflection on him. The t front desk ladies are not polite nor courtesy. They need training in customer service. When greeting patients especially someone with heart condition, where is there passion. Larissa is very sweet and polite with the patients.
Personal and thorough, takes very good care of his patients. I know as he has been my heart Doctor.
