I had an amazing experience. From the beginning the lady at the front Miss Trish Sean was so sweet. She was very patient and professional, When I called and asked about my daughter being able to come here, she was very honest and caring. The medical assistant Rodney Nisha was very sweet as well. She was very patient taking my daughter's vital signs. She is special needs and I did not feel like I was judged or treated any different. The nurse practitioner was very professional. Mrs. A.Waggoner Was very kind and patient with my daughter as well. She had excellent bedside manner .10 out of 10 Review. I would definitely come here and get Care and know that I am in good hands. Thank you so much, ladies. I really appreciate your kind heart and professionalism.
I went here because the wait time was nothing and my daughter needed to be seen ASAP. Super easy to fill out the info online. I do recommend possibly going with self pay if your insurance isn't very good like mine (it was costly). The doctor was very nice. Good bedside manner, didn't push meds that could make her feel worst but gave something to help ease the struggle. The icing on the cake was the follow up call I got the next day. I have never had an urgent care do that. They told me to call if I have any questions and everything combined was just mind blowing excellent service. I will be using them from now on.
I went in a week ago for an abscess the NP was very nice and understanding about it. He aspirated it& prescribed me a weeks worth of antibiotics. I made a follow up visit a week later and he knew I was self paying and even printed out some good Rx coupons to use for my other prescriptions. My first visit was $180 but if you make a follow up within 10 days it's only $50, that was a nice thing for me especially since I'm waiting on open enrollment for Obamacare :l I cannot say enough positive things about this place the NP is outstanding and I wish more people in the healthcare field were like him
Avoid this place at all costs, unless no other urgent care or ER is open. They will charge you the highest office visit code they can despite it being the most simple and noncomplex visit. I guess that's how they make their money and stay open. My visit was for being sick -flu like symptoms. I only went there bc there were no openings for any primary care clinics and it was my only day off of work. Was waiting in the waiting room longer than I was seen and I was the only person there (2 others did come in after me). MA took me back, took my bp and weight, took me to the room and asked me a couple questions (5mins max). NP came in asked what my symptoms were, checked my ears and told me what she would prescribe me, and advised that I do a strep test to see if antibiotics were needed (also 5mins max). She then left (never came back) MA came in did the strep test and the results were ready within 5mins. MA came in told me test was negative and provided me with a packet which contained information about the visit, what I was being prescribed, and what a viral infection was/causes for it. I understand needing to be quick to see other patients, but a high office visit code should not have been chosen. Definitely not worth the $280. I should've stayed home and suffered. Also the "payment card on file authorization" form that you sign states " I will be notified via email before my payment card on file is charged under this authorization". Make sure you add an email!! Apparently I didn't, which is weird bc my pt portal did have it. Money was taken out of my card without being notified prior... I received a text message about 7hrs after they had already taken the money out stating I had an amount due and to call the number provided to pay. Save your money and go elsewhere!
