Dr. Ortega is an exceptionally careing person, he listens carefully, explains tests results and procedures very well. Knows what he' is doing in his field. His staff are so friendly and kind. I received superior care under this doctor. Would highly recommend him with out reservations.
I called the office to set an appointment and the receptionist said they would call back the next day. Michelle called back and I explained to her I needed my paperwork filled out to keep my Long-term disability going she refused said it goes to who originally filled it out and that it doesn't concern their office since I hadn't had a visit since may. So I asked her for a visit with Dr. Ortega about my leg that he worked on because I was having problems with it. She had no concern about my leg and she kept avoiding the question so about the 5th time of telling her are you refusing me a visit with Dr. Ortega she finally put me in for a visit. This lady has no concern about people health or trying to help patients. I'm about to start going to another doctor if this lady continues to be disrespectful.
Dr. Ortega is an exceptional Dr. He found a life threatening blockage that was missed by a radiologist. Got me in for surgery and fixed me up. Every person I dealt with in this office was very nice and professional. Something that is hard to find this day and age.
I was put at ease the moment I stepped into the office. I was greeted by a professional staff, compassionate and respectful. I was told up front of what the cost would be at the end of the visit. The doctor was kind and answered all my questions. He put me at ease and I felt had my best interest at hand. I am very thankful to my primary doctor for setting up this appointment. I am certain my health issue will be resolved with the best care that can be given.
Dr. Ortega was amazing. He is very personable and professional, able to bring both comfort and clarity. He was able to answer every question and ease my concerns, while also stressing the seriousness of the situation. I am so glad I was referred to him.
