Really appreciate Dr. Mubarak and staff and regret him moving on to Tyler. However, waiting nearly an hour in the exam room seems a bit excessive. His care is the most thorough I've ever had though. A sad loss for Denton.

Sad that doctor Mubarak is leaving town. He was great doctor, him and his staff, always cared and done great job with my issue. Seen plenty of improvement because of his work.

Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible experience. I was a new patient and very nervous about seeing my first Pulmonologist. In the days leading up to the appointment I had a myriad of issues with the website and trying to complete the paperwork. I just chalked it up to technology and the office called me to complete the paperwork saying they had been having issues. No problem. I showed up to my appointment EARLY, and even after submitting all my information, I find out they did not take my insurance even though "Sam" at the call center said they did. WHAT? After all this and now they tell me? I was told they were adamant they could take it, but after a lengthy discussion, I advised that I did not want to get hit with a bill if they could not process my insurance. I went ahead and left the office expecting to find someone else. I was called a few minutes later and Dr Mubarak's office said they could take my insurance and to come back in. I was not very far away so I came back only to not find a single parking place. I let them know and they actually came out to check, as if I was lying. Thus, we had to reschedule. Giving them ONE MORE CHANCE, I came back two days later at approx. 2:13 PM for a 2:30 PM appointment. I watched every single person that arrived after me, including those who had appointments at the same time as me, get pulled back to rooms. When I finally asked and the waiting room was empty, they finally told me I was next. I finally went back to get my vitals taken at approximately 3:20 PM. I waited until 3:45 and had ENOUGH. I had been there over an hour and a half, never got to see anyone, and when I pointed this out as I was leaving, the office clerk argued rudely and stated I had only been there an hour, which was a complete and BLATANT LIE. This Doctor and his staff DO NOT CARE and offered NO APOLOGIES. They do not care if you wait, nor how serious your issue is and I am done with them playing games with my health. Next up, I filed a grievance with my insurance. Let them keep the measly co-pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. If I could have left negative stars, I would have done so. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr M is thurough and follows a complete routine. My appreciation for his attention to detail. I admire him and praise him to all who I know. On this visit Doc scheduled me for additional testing for my cardiologist Dr K Ahmed.

We just had a visit with the doctor and he took his time. Also very thorough and gave us a plan going forward. I am pleased with the care that he provided my husband.
