Best place for infusions, lab work, and the parking is amazing. Best location to do all my things here. Also the facility is very clean and in order. Friendly staff and they make you feel welcomed.

I feel so fortunate to have found such knowledgeable, team-based cancer care at this location. Since my first visit 2 months ago, every single staff member from oncology team to labs, imaging, and infusion services has been friendly, attentive, and overall top-notch. The closeness of the Red Bird location has been a huge time saver. I did need to go up to main campus at Harry Hines in Dallas for some of my treatment services, but knowing that I was receiving the same level of care, education, and consistent patient-focused training that I experienced at Red Bird made the extra drive worthwhile. If you've been diagnosed with cancer, I highly recommend UT Southwestern.

Facility is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely invested in their work. The location offers the same quality of care I've come to expect from UTSW, but in a more personal setting.

I love the Red Bird UTSW because it is so convenient and friendly. Free parking, no waiting, polite, helpful and respectful employees. I had a mammogram and it couldn't have been more quick and pleasant.

Very nice facility everyone was very friendly It was very clean I got in and out I had to drive from Dallas over here they had an early opening for a CT scan got my lab work done and left all within an hour
