The heartbeat clinic offers much-needed services that few other physicians are equipped to provide. Dr. Suleman has excellent evidence-based expertise in autonomic spectrum disorders like POTS. He will give you options and work with you to figure out what is wrong. He does more thorough testing than any other clinic I have ever seen. Not only that, but he is one of the most knowledgeable people in the world when it comes to treating POTS and dysautonomia spectrum disorders. Expect to devote a lot of time to the testing. Mine took four separate days, and those were mostly full days. Dr. Suleman has a lot of patients and has to do extremely complex workups for conditions that few other physicians know how to work up, and this can lead to the office often getting behind. Ultimately, it is worth it. They will thoroughly analyze your problem and give you priceless closure for your symptoms.

Dr. Suleman seems extremely thorough! I just had my first appointment with him and I am excited for the testing to come. He is very straight and to the point so try not to unload on him despite how scared you are of your condition and youll be just fine.

Dr. Suleman has a very straightforward, focused style, and he is absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend him and this practice. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and always exploring new ideas and treatment options to help their patients. Dr. Suleman's expertise is exceptional, and his staff is truly phenomenal.

Better to wait-list at another clinic. Staff is completely unprofessional and untrained. The building itself is falling apart, missing ceiling tiles and exposed wires hanging down. Doctors make you wait HOURS to spend less than 2 minutes (I timed them) in the room with you, talking about you and not to you. No regard for their patients taking time off work to be there. They also leave other patient info up on their computers for you to read through while they make you wait. The room they have you wait in is also not cleaned in between patients. This feels very much like an insurance grab rather than a clinic meant to help people who need it. Don't waste your time here. Horrifically unprofessional and unhelpful.

My primary care provider sent over a referral months ago, multiple times. Twice the clinic said they didn't get it (even though my physician confirmed repeatedly it was sent and we confirmed the fax number) and now they won't pick up the phone. I have been calling for months. I don't live in Dallas and thus cannot drive the referral over myself. This clinic has done nothing to assist the process, has been rude the two times I've spoken to them and now won't even answer their phone or messages for months on end. Always straight to voicemail. I've never dealt with such a poorly run clinic, and that's saying something.
