The most sweetest nurses you'll ever meet!! I love them so much. They showered me with love, compliments, and care! If I "break" my toe again I would definitely do the drive to come back here

I was a bit nervous coming to get checked out due to a past experience I have had,but my visit today here at ER of Dallas Emergency Room has changed all that.EVERYONE was so welcoming and took care of me,they solved the problem let me know each step of the way of what they would be doing to care for me..I even got snacks!! and Chick-fil-A (and I love to eat),the wait time was a breeze we were in and out after my thorough care.i would recommend you come here if you love being treated like family. thank you Dr.Kara for helping me get over my hospital fear and for making me feel heard....

I am so grateful for the team at Surepoint. I came in by myself, feeling terrible and scared and from the moment I sat down they made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They took care of everything and I'm feeling much better now. I would highly recommend coming here!

I truly had a terrible experience at this ER, especially with the registration process and the front desk staff. We arrived at midnight, when my child had been vomiting continuously -- 10 times in just 2 hours. Instead of urgent care or compassion, what greeted us were endless forms, signatures, insurance information, and waiting for staff to enter paperwork with complete indifference and coldness. While my baby was vomiting nonstop, no one offered any support. When I anxiously asked if my child could see a doctor first while my husband finished the forms, the receptionist coldly replied, "It's just vomiting." Just vomiting? Ten times in two hours is exactly why I came to the ER -- otherwise I would have stayed home instead of standing there waiting for paperwork to be completed. Especially considering that the patient was just a very small child, they showed no priority or compassion at all, even though the ER was not busy at that time. This was my first ER visit, so I don't know if all hospitals require such complicated procedures. However, I believe things would be much better if they had a faster registration system and, more importantly, compassion and professionalism from staff who should put patients' health before money.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Shayla, Monica and Carla were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have such bad anxiety when I have an emergency, but they were so calm and reassuring. I suggest this ER 100% So fast to help and so informative as well!
