Dr. Eapen was amazing! My appointment here for my baby in-utero was unexpected and after a long day of other appointments. Needless to say, I was not doing well. Dr. Eapen was warm and personable. She explained everything thoroughly and I left so encouraged. Thankfully, all seemed to be well with baby, but if we have any issues in the future, Dr. Eapen will definitely be our first call and visit! Front office staff was also so kind! Cannot recommend enough!
Let it be known, this is solely for the front office admin who answered my call on 10.27.2025 and was extremely rude when I had asked if a referral came through. Absolutely 0 sense in customer service skills and I requested our OB for another pediatric cardiologist since whoever was fielding calls doesn't know how to talk to people.
