Three months of trying to get an appointment for my son with this group. Every time my wife or I have spoken to their referral department or scheduling have given us the run around. Either our referral was not approved, the address was wrong on the referral, or they would call us back. Three months and still trying! Ask you PCP to refer you to someone else.
When I first gave them my insurance information for coverage for my son, someone wrote it down wrong. Now my son is almost two years old and they still have not corrected the insurance info and sent the payment to collections. Lazy phone employees who do not want to help or communicate with each other.
