The hospital is really annoying. It keeps sending bills even though we already met the out-of-pocket maximum. I called to ask why, the first agent said a claim review had been submitted, then I got another bill and called again, the agent said no claim review request had every been submitted, and had to submit a new one for me again. Weeks later, we finally got a letter telling us that our case had been reviewed and we indeed did not have to pay. But then, after a couple of months, we got another letter saying we owed money, and is being considered for collection. It wastes me so much time to make these calls!!!
