I'd been to five different doctors trying to get my blood pressure under control. By the time I got to Dr. Snyder I was getting shortness of breath and felt terrible due to years of out-of-control high blood pressure. Dr. Snyder got me diagnosed correctly, treated correctly, and explained everything along the way. I will never stop being a patient unless my blood pressure and cholesterol magically cure themselves. If you are tired of being prescribed the same meds that don't work and not being listened to, come to the HeartPlace.

Came in and was worried... after visiting with Dr. Raza I was put at ease. Dr. Raza was very thorough and willing to help. This is my first time seeing a cardiologist and I am hopeful that I will get passed my ailments. His staff is very friendly and kind as well. Considering how important the heart is, I am very grateful to have a team like this to support me. I left with a heart monitor and hope to return to better news :)

Since Jenn was promoted *sad face* (LOVE HER) this office has had its share run through with not so nice front desk staff but they've improved. Natalie is the sweetest pea very sweet and knowledgeable, very thorough explaining tests ordered. Diamond is very giggly and bubbly but in the warmest way and her compliments will make you smile the rest of the day. I've been seeing Dr. Snyder for years and this is one of his good groups of staff.

I visited Dr. Raza for a heart condition that I was made aware of this year. Dr. Raza exceeded my expectations during the visit. His confidence, understanding, and thoroughness is something rare. I couldn't recommend him enough and the peace of mind that I got from knowing that someone actually heard me and my concerns is a special thing. Thank you Dr. Raza, I'm glad to have you as a resource and specialist in my life going forward. Also Diamond at the front desk is super sweet and helped me get any scheduling problems I had resolved.

This staff is extremely rude. Called last Friday to follow up about switching my referral to dr. Raza for an earlier appointment since dr. Snyder was unavailable till aug23. They told me that my referral change is pending and I would hear a call back from them. Call never came. Called today 7/28/21 9:30AM and the lady I was speaking to was very rude and unprofessional. Told me that i had no pending referral change for dr. Raza. Some clearly does not have their facts straight or was lying to me. She began to raise her voice at me then hung up on me. I rarely in my life needed to go see a doctor for health concerns since I've always had a healthy life and this is first experience I get? This is the worst experience and I cannot believe this is what patients have to deal with when trying to gather information on seeing be a doctor about their health. Yea if I could give it negative stars, I'd give it -5 based off that conversation with that rude employee. Glad she's not the one saving lives.
