Brought my grandma in for a stress test at 12:00 pm. It is now passed 4:00pm and we are still here. They informed us this would only take 2 hours. Seems like they overbooked themselves. The two times I went to the counter to ask the lady a question she processed to do whatever she was doing on her computer and opened the window on her own time. I believe they should better inform their customers on the time it's going to take so the patient or family member can plan accordingly. I will say that the two nurses who helped were very polite.
