After receiving a glowing recommendation from my primary care physician, i saw this guy for about 3 1/2 years before concluding that enough is enough. First, my average wait time in the reception area was about 90 minutes. Second, he spent the majority of every appointment trying to impress me that he was some kind of weightlifting legend and all-around tough guy. Who cares? Third, he ordered extensive testing on two different occasions, including an EKG, stress test, ultrasound, and echocardiogram. Each round of testing was extremely time consuming (2 full days) and expensive (my share about $10,000). After all that, I was told that there was never anything wrong with me. Seriously, once Synder said that he was disappointed with my test results because I wouldn't be making any more of his car payments. Really? Fourth, his surly, incompetent, and slothful staff routinely sent my prescriptions to a Tom Thumb pharmacy about 30 miles from my home. Without exception, they were always agitated that I would trouble them to correct their error. Collectively, these people are the exemplar of the way egomaniacal and abrasive doctors acted 30 years ago.

I agree with Amanda's review regarding the front desk staff person Natalie.
She is extremely rude, has serious attitude, snatched my credit card from my hand - I looked at her and asked her name, she said 'Natalie'.
I continued on with completing my service.
Previous visits - she had the same snarkiness. I ignored it and thought that everyone has a bad day every once in a while.
But 3 visits now - nothing has changed in her unprofessionalism.
Dr. Snyder is very knowledgeable and great bedside manner.
Stephanie checked me out at the end of my latest visit - very efficient, pleasant, asked about my follow-up visit and ensured I had the information. I was pleasantly surprised. Glad there is someone at the front area dealing w patients that is professional and pleasant.
All of my previous visits - I had been checked out by this unprofessional person Natalie w the bad snarky attitude.
I hope the office continues to get these feedbacks about Natalie for further improvements in patient care. She is a stain on the clinics' brand and reputation.

I have heard great things about Dr Snyder, and he is like a very good doctor. However, his office is exceptionally overbooked the scheduler was unhelpful when I was distressed with trying to get my mom in. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes which is fairly excessive, and then was told I wouldn't be able to get her in for an initial intake for 3 weeks (which in and of its own right isn't terrible, but our situation was more urgent) and there was no ability to even gauge when we could get the needed cath that was being recommended. I ended up calling another office who was able to get us sooner, but was also able to give us estimations of how quickly caths could be scheduled, and let us know that it was possible to get a stat cath. This tiny bit of information was so helpful. I highly recommend Dr Snyder's staff be trained with ways to deal with distressed callers may improve the experience for everyone. Simply having estimations would be beneficial.

Appointment went as scheduled. Office staff as very friendly and treated my wife and I like we were old friends. Dr Snyder and his nurse were very professional. I appreciate them respecting our time as valuable as there's by keeping on schedule.
