I saw Dr. Johnson when he was at the White Rock location and I loved everything about him. It has been a few years and his location has changed. I called to make another appointment and was treated like a problem by the girl answering the phone. When she no longer had my old chart information, she became very annoyed with me. She said she would have to create a new chart for me. I said OK let me call you back so that I could get my insurance and things together and return the call. I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back again. Placed on hold. Called back again, placed on hold. I guess the front desk staff is Impeding business. It's frustrating. And I think Customerservice is a big thing that the doctors never hear about it. So this is for you, Dr. Johnson. The girl answering the phone is subpar.
I've been a pt of Dr. Johnson since I was about 20. The first time I met him he was very kind, great bedside manner, and detailed in explaining my exact heart condition. I was scared at first because I thought I'm too young to experience any heart problems but Dr. Johnson reassured me that I was going to be ok. In 2025, 14 years later, Dr. Johnson is still my doctor. The staff are welcoming and if you are looking for a doctor who truly cares for YOU, then Dr. Johnson is your doctor.
Dr. Johnson was very thorough in his explanation of the issues. He has a kind demeanor, he listened, answered all my questions. He was reassuring and provided a plan going forth.
