I have been with Dr. King for over a year now. Being an Asian and 71 years old I have more questions than anyone else sometimes but he is always nice and patient with me. he has deep knowledge of the field and very very professional. He is the best doctor ever.

Dr King is THE BEST. I'm extremely particular . First and foremost he calmed my spirit , he is detailed , very honest , careful , analytical , but most of all he cares about his patients . I'm a new patient and I prayed for a doctor who is professional yet caring . The staff is amazing as well .

Everyone were extremely warm, friendly, professional and welcoming. Waited only a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. King was so attentive and a great listener. He read what he recorded in the computer aloud to me to be sure he had everything correct. He also explains everything very clearly. So grateful to have connected with Dr. King and his staff.

Dr. King is by far the BEST Cardiologist anyone could EVER ask for. He has the BEST bedside manner and is very thorough with his quality of care. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're needing a heart doctor. He has treated different members of my family and we are all so very satisfied with his care. O would also like to mention his staff is so friendly and caring as well!! 5 +stars for this whole facility!!!!

Update: I received a refund as promised. If we ever need a cardiologist in the future, I will not hesitate to return to this office but I will make sure the office staff has checked our benefits before they administer any tests. Update: I received a phone call this evening that the office will be refunding back to me the cost I paid for the test. Melissa is a God send. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Once I receive the refund I will update my review once more to 5 stars. Previous post: I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE!! The office is clean and the staff is welcoming (that is why i gave 1 star). We had an expensive experience that demonstrated the lack of knowledge this office has...Dr. King wanted my husband to have an echo done "just as a precaution", King said this test was covered in full by our insurance so why not. This was also confirmed by his PA (Caroline) and the front desk clerk that scheduled the appointment. My husband had the test done and then we received a bill for $432.00...what??? I called the office and spoke with Karen, she looked at the notes and said that when their staff confirmed the test they should have told him then what he owed, they failed to do so. Karen was going to do some research, look into reducing the charges, and get back with me. All of a sudden, we get a call from a collections company. I contacted Karen and she told me that she never researched anything because she thought the issue was resolved. She already told me that the notes in the system showed that when the clerk called my husband to confirm the appointment the charges were in the system and she wouldn't have not told us because her "initials were by it" and she has personally heard the girls on the phone with patients and the do tell people if they owe anything. IT WAS NOT EVEN AN OPTION THAT THIS INFORMATION WAS LEFT OUT OF THE CONFIRMATION CALL. Karen also said that she just couldn't imagine Dr. King telling us that something is covered under our insurance because he doesn't know our benefits. So now I'm a liar?? When three people tell us it's covered, one of whom checks benefits, and they had all of our information a month before our appt, how am I to know any different. Karen also told me that she couldn't adjust the bill because there are not any "discounts" that their company will allow her to apply (why didn't she tell me this before). I asked her to get the bill out of collections and I will schedule auto payments to get the bill paid. Karen called me today and told me that she can get the bill out of collections but I have to pay it in full or it will go back into collections. The whole reason the bill is in collections is due to an error on their behalf. This whole experience makes for a horrible first impression with this office and I will not be using them in the future. Do not trust that this office is verifying your benefits before appointments are scheduled and do not trust this office to follow through with any assistance they offer. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE!!
