Front office was very nice, personable and efficient. Nurses worked well together. There was a newer nurse and her trainer worked well together. Dr Alexander has a great bedside manner. Being in the medical field it's nice to feel heard as a patient rather than a colleague although I can appreciate that as well. Great experience all the way around.
Everyone at the office of Dr. Alexander, Cardiologist was friendly and helpful. Dr. Alexander was very nice, thorough and explained tests I would be taking. He has a great bedside manner. I had a great experience on this first visit. I highly recommend him and staff.
The wait was minimal. Everyone from the front desk to the back office was very friendly. In fact, this was the nicest visit to a doctor that I can remember. 100% the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Alexander was equally as nice. I felt at ease the minute he walked through the door. The only "problem" I had was that it took 6 months to get a new patient appointment. In the end, it was well worth the wait.

This was my first time visiting this office and let me tell you, everyone in this place is amazing. They got me all checked in and explained everything to me. The entire appointment was seamless from start to finish. I totally recommend this place.
