The staff is amazing from the receptionist to Lisa Sanchez. NP, Dr Messner and the entire medical staff who have helped me with issues I did not know I had. The explanation of my condition was explained each time in laymen's terms and I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion. Before and after each procedure, I have had, the nurses, anesthesiologist, and entire nursing team in charge of my care treated me like I was their only patient and were kind and caring. I highly recommend Texas Heart and Vascular and The Wound Centre which is located in the same building.

Arrived with my wife at 1:30 pm it is now 9; pm she still hasn't been seen and they won't reschedule. Are they that desperate that they will jeopardize life over money. It's not that big of a deal to reschedule for safety over sleep deprived surgions and staff.!!!! Now10:10 pm I will be filling a report with the Texas medical board my wife may have singed papers but I did not and a brain injury makes it hard for her to make some proper judgment calls. I just hope and pray she will be OK

Only reason I am giving this place a star is the only way to describe my experience.. Well, I was not going to give them any messages but since I received a nice bill from them.. well, I changed my mind.. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! THEY Didn't COLLECT MY CO-PAY BUT INSTEAD TOLD ME THEY WILL ON NEXT VISIT.. RAN TEST AND SUCH, NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR SO DON'T KNOW IF THIS PLACE HAS ONE.. GONE THERE 3 TIMES NEVER ASKED FOR PAYMENT . WHEN BUT NOW HAVE A $300 BILL, HAHAHA... CALLED FIVE TIMES NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NO RETURNS PHONE CALL... WHEN THE NURSE Practitioner EXPLAINS MY CONDITION AND I NEEDED A PROCEDURE DONE I TOLD HER NEEDED TO GO HOME AND I WILL CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY... THEY SAID SHE WAS Busy AND RETURN MY PHONE CALL... NO SHE DIDN'T, NOTHING... THIS PRACTICE MAY BE GOOD FOR SOME PEOPLE BUT FOR ALL... VAS-CARE IS BETTER!! THEY HAVE SOCKS IN STOCK WHERE HERE I WAS TOLD TO GO ON AMAZON AND MEASURE MY LEGS MYSELF.. WHICH I HAD NO IDEA HOW.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOR SEE THAT FOOT DOCTOR THAT RECOMMENDED THEM.. SO CONTINUE DRINKING Y'ALL COFFEE THAT IS THE ONLY THING Y'ALL GOOD AT.

Appointment at 200 pm and still waiting at 530 to start. Not a good practice.
