Staff is amazing . Dr.i dont recommend. I had a runny nose from crying while I was having x-rays done.And looks at me with . discuss. And ask me (ARE YOU SICK) So rude!!!! He was mad that I wouldnt get a shot.His answer to me when I told him that I was terrified of shots. Was THEN DONT LOOK AT IT. WOW!!
Medical staff is great! Major issues with billing process and calls not getting returned. Past 2 visits, have paid my co-pays at time of appointments, then get notices of "Past-Due" bills, followed by threats of letters to Collection Agency all while our account is current??? We try to rectify these problems over phone, this last time left 3 voice messages on 3 different days and no one bothered to return any of the calls. Finally, had to go in person to clear up this matter! Quite frustrating!!! Billing manager told us that her workload is extremely heavy, but why do patients have to pay the consequences??? Today , billing manager said nothing is wrong with the billing system, something is obviously wrong!!!
Staff was so polite and helpful when I didn't understand something. The staff and the doc did a great job at getting me in and out of the office in a timely manner. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
