I've been a patient of Dr. Raymond Graf for over 20 years he is the kindest, most wonderful doctor and only has his patience. Best interest at heart literally I feel like he's my brother and not just my doctor. The office staff are great too. The nurses are always so helpful and ready to answer questions if they can the only complain I can possibly have which is very small is getting through to the office when you need to make appointments it's pretty backed up other than that it's awesome.

I had an appointment today at 130. I tried callinv this office friday morning, and most of this morning, left a message, cant get ahold of anyone! The phone message scolds you about leaving multiple messages, even when they do not return messages. Because they do not have any of my test results to discuss with me, I needed to cancel, so I just wont show up! This poor customer service has convinced me I do not want to be seen by this clinic!

Dr. Travis Taylor and his folks in the main office are caring, wonderful people who take time to listen to you. The ladies who actually are in the testing area are very good also. However, double check what the ladies at the testing desk tell you! There seem to be a number of "misunderstandings" regarding appointments from that desk.

My primary care physician sent a referral to Coastal Cardiology on Nov 10th. She mailed a copy of the referral to me, along with instructions to call them after they had been given a reasonable amount of time to get me scheduled. I called Coastal Cardio about ten days later. I spoke to a nurse and explained I was a new patient and I needed to schedule a first appointment. She took all my information and told me she would call me back. After waiting a week, I called back, but there were eight people in queue ahead of me, so I left a voicemail with my name, date of birth, telephone number and explained the situation. After waiting a week, I called again, abd left another voicemail repeating the situation and all pertinent information. Tofay is the twelfth of December and I called AGAIN and waited half an hour to actually speak to someone. She had no record of me in their system, and after giving her my insurance information again I was told they don't accept my insurance. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from a medical "professional." I wouldn't recommend these oeople to examine a pet rock.
