Office staff (MAINLY OPERATOR STAFF) are more concerned about themselves. Instead of transferring me to the property department that i knew who i needed to speak to, they instead screened their calls. I already had a referral from my doctor to this office. I also had an appointment, and because of my mental disability & brain damage, I forgot the date and time of appointment. I needed to call back to get this info. Instead, these operators were constantly rude (they put me on a 4 minute hold to go find a referral, which I already told them was already in place). Then I told them I had an appointment. I needed to talk to that appointment dept (Brenda) to confirm with her other info my doctor sent. They put me on another 7 minute hold. They were hoping I would hang up and be deterred on reaching out to whom I needed to speak to. And not call back. It wasn't just ONE operator that was cocky and a smart aleck. They treated me as I was stupid and incapable of knowing WHO i needed to talk to (I'm more than sure they treat others worse than me that don't speak up). These office members show me that ALL the staff treat every patient as they are incompetent, insignificant, and not worthy of their proper attention for medical help. If this is the case, i can only imagine that the doctors there could care less about the patients' lives. More than likely, just pass thru to collect a check. Please be careful everyone.

The overall professionalism of doctor Rodriguez was horrible Did not treat me like a Patient. Did not want to treat me because I had previously And only one time been to another cardiologist there. Before even seeing me before meeting me. I could hear him outside of the room saying that he was just gonna tell me that I have Anxiety He has never met me. Didn't want to listen about my worries. And what I thought might be going on. I said i wont be coming back and he said "thank you for not coming back here" i was upset how he treated me and how he didnt even want to have the appointment with me and making it known to the patient. Lastly Got aggressive And said he was gonna call security when I started crying to the receptionist about how he treated me. I said i want to make a formal report. He was trying to rush me out. A nice lady. Got me to the supervisor. He was in there telling her that i was pushing that i might have POTS and that is just anxiety. Glared at me as i walked in to the supervisors office and I spoke to her about this. Not sure if this will change anything but if you dont want to take care of patients then stop being a doctor. I am a home health nurse would never treat a patient like this.

Had a stent placed early November. Have been waiting for the referral to start Cardiac Rehab. I have called the Cardiac Rehab office 3 times to see if they have received the referral. They have informed me that they have not received it. I have called the doctors office at least three times to follow up on the referral and always told that the nurse will call me. Only once she did call me back regarding my heart medication which she failed to get that processed. I didn't take my heart medication for over a week . Still waiting to get the referral to start Cardiac Rehab . If I could change Cardiologist I would do it.

My husband is seen at this office and recently had a hospitalization that caused him to have a procedure due to the heart. He is due for another procedure soon. I opted to take FMLA from my job, so I left my paperwork a week ago today. They said they would call me when it's ready. I called to check on it on Monday, and they said it was looked at that day. I called to check on it on Wednesday, and they said they would leave a message with the nurse and she would call me. No phone call. I physically went in today to check on my paperwork, but she was at lunch, and they said she would call me. Reading all other reviews, it doesn't seem like anyone calls back. I also need my paperwork for my job as I am not yet labeled as being on FMLA and the organization not being able to properly cover my job long term or short term. As for my husband, someone called from the office on Wednesday at 7 pm, mind you, no message left. He called back today and said the scheduler was on the phone and would call back. Day is not over, but there has been no phone call yet. Also, my husband had taken an EKG and stress test back in January, and no one ever called with results. I will say I have been very cordial every time I have called or encountered them, but I am documenting everything. After being in a lot of other Dr. offices, this one is not the greatest. They need to work on customer service.

I had my initial visit 07/14 with Dr Rodriguez. Since then I was sent a cardiac monitor for which I had to wear for a few days before sending it back 07/25 and would have been received by 07/27. I since then had my treadmill stress test last week in which we had to stop early due to my getting lightheaded. None of this has yet to be uploaded to their portal. I called today to follow up on my results and told her nothing was showing on the portal yet and the receptionist tried telling me I would have to wait until my follow up appointment 09/21! I told her considering how my treadmill test went and my concerns going into all this that it was not acceptable to expect me to wait 2 months for results only to find out if there is a problem or not! All she says is "I will have a nurse call you." Ya I'm not holding my breath. I am not impressed in the slightest so far and I'm a damn paramedic!
