Arthritis Care of Texas

I was seen at the time of my appointment without delay. Everyone was very friendly, prompt and professional in handling my care. They addressed all of my concerns and ordered X-rays that I was able to have taken the same day due to their quick response to patient care. Randolph Tolley, APN is an excellent caregiver and has been very thorough in following my care. I have been a patient of Dr Chiang's for over two years now. I am very pleased with the care and treatment I have received from Dr Chiang and his staff and would highly recommend he and his staff to anyone.

I was not referred to Dr. Eric Chaing. I just did some light research and decided to give him and his team a try. However, my initial experience was wonderful! Clean facility. Very organized and efficient. The NP who met with and gave me my initial assessment was impressively thorough, caring, down to earth, made me feel like I was speaking to a friend (someone who cares), detail oriented, and knowledgeable as far as I am concerned. Coming from a medical background myself, I found my overall experience delightful. The office ran very fluidly, the staff seemed to work together brilliantly and conflict free. I had zero feelings of doubt, zero feelings of being disrespected, and zero feelings of being just another cog in the fast moving wheel of today's way of quickly moving from patient to patient in order to see as many as humanly possible. There was no sense of, "hurry up and move along to the next patient". However, this was just my initial experience. I fully understand that practices try extra hard to make a great first impression. Time will tell if the facility and staff continue this quality of care throughout my course of treatment. I am a very vigilant and medically trained person. So far they get an A+ Final assessment to follow.........

Since this was my first visit, I didn't give them 5 stars. However, after arriving at 1:30 for a 2:15 appointment as per office instructions, we found them to be closed for lunch until 2. Received the required paperwork and spent 30 minutes filling it all out. All the personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. Dr. Eric was thorough and asked the right questions. I look forward to my next appointment and I can't say that about some of my other doctors. At this time, I will highly recommend this office for your arthritis care.

The medical attendant who saw me this afternoon was very thorough. Shelly is Knowledgeable and absolutely Caring. She does an outstanding job and not letting you leave until she checks you for inflammation of joints, circulation and asks you regard to pain levels. In my case especially since I report no pain whatsoever she wants to be sure it is 100% accurate that I really have no pain. Upon examining my legs she recommended I visit my cardiologist regarding possible circulation issues on my right leg judging by lower leg veins...

Upon arriving, the entire staff is very warm and welcoming. The office and bathrooms are nice and clean. The nurses are very kind. Dr.Chrstal is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is a take on charge Doc along with being compassionate. She is terrific!! Thank You, John Pueblo
