Patient
When I arrived and got on the second floor (around 7:55am) I noticed the lights in the office were turned off. It was dark. Concidering this fact a "potential safety hazard" and to prevent people from triping or having an accident I turned the lights on. When I was checking in the lady in the front desk told me I shouldn't be doing that until officed was open. My message is: if people (patients) can access the office somebody within the clinic must make sure lights are already turned on if "people from the office" dont want "others" to do it. Having patients walking in a room that's not illuminated should be a concern. This can be an opportunity for improvement for the front ladies personnel. Other than that all nurses and Doctors within the clinic are great professionals. Thanks.
