I went to the ER over Thanksgiving for Gallbladder problems I had been having for a few days. They got me in with zero wait, they were busy but that didn't change the treatment I was given! Everyone was friendly....(Im a friendly patient!) things happened in a timely manner, the facility was clean and explained everything very thorough. I was admitted for surgery, had surgery that night and even with complications I was out by noon the next day. I would highly recommend this hospital. I haven't seen my bill so that's why the 4 stars.

It is 7:25 PM on December 8, 2025 I just left Methodist Woodlands and would like to tell you about the horrible experience I've just had. I came in not breathing well at all I've been coughing and having what I thought was the flu or a cold for two weeks the last few days of pain in my chest and my back has become unbearable. It's hard to breathe. I was wheezing inside I had to go to the hospital when I arrived, the people upfront were awesome trauma nurse was great. I got back into a room. I get my nurse and she's very short and rude which is fine. She's busy. I'm in a lot of pain and have trouble breathing and I'm throwing up and dry heaving. she looks at me and she says if I can't breathe properly, they're going to stick a tube at my throat well, being a high functioning autistic that really came across me kind of hard that they were going to force a tube down my throat when I spoke to her charge nurse he wouldn't even listen to me. He was very rude condescending. I had another nurse in there at the time who was doing an oxygen and breathing treatment for me. He told me that the nurse didn't say that I must've just been confused. So about 10 minutes later, he asked me if I could go to CAT scan while I'm having trouble. I cannot lay back so I'm explaining to him that I'm gonna lay back on this bed and see if I can handle the pain. He's like well. You don't need to tell me with that attitude now even the other nurse was in the room after he left that I didn't have an attitude so now I have two I can't breathe. I'm having trouble breathing people being very rude not listening to what I'm saying then when I said, could I talk to his supervisor he just looked at me smirk and walked out I told him I didn't want him in my room anymore. He was making me very uncomfortable. He made it a point to stop five times not bring me a supervisor but walk in the room stare at me and leave so I turned turned around and called. Patient advocate. They were not there. The operator was trying to find someone for me because in their recording, it says if you're getting this recording and you need to speak to someone now call the operator and ask for the operations manager when you do that they don't know what the operations manager is so she did her best. She was very sweet. She found someone I guess cause she told me someone will be in your room in five minutes. This lady walks in another charger is not his supervisor with him into my room and start saying according to him you have an attitude problem and we don't like taking care of people with attitude problems. She didn't ask me what happened. She didn't ask me anything then here's the biggest point I said I have the whole interaction since I've been here recorded. Would you like to watch it? I think this is the way I'm gonna be treated. I'll just leave. You're making me worse by being here treating me this way. Her words is well if you weren't such a problem this would be easier for you now I have all this on video and it will be on YouTube sometime by tomorrow or the next day. I am still having a lot of trouble breathing thank God I have breathing treatments at the house. My blood pressure is 225/137. That was my blood pressure when I was there as well, and I explained to them between the pain and what they're doing and snapping, and raising their voice at me, it triggers the autism they didn't care guys do not go there. They will not listen to you if you have a problem they will not go get you help. They will not get a supervisor. They got mad at me for calling patient advocate. They're like why are you calling the operator Please look on YouTube for this video. I will update this review on what it's posted under. No one should be treated like this. That is all I have to say I'm sorry if reading this some of the words run together, I spoke all this. My hands are literally shaking so much. Thank you for your time and remember do not go to Methodist in the woodlands We have way too many hospitals in Houston go to one that cares about their patients

I had to take my wife into the ER on Friday night 10/10. She had previously had major dental surgery a few days before. But while recovering, she had bloody stools so we checked in to be safe. We had awesome service from the beginning at the police officer entrance and were seen immediately without spending time in the waiting room. The front nurse and ER Tech (Joel?) were immediately attentive and the cat scan was done on a timely basis. The ER doctor came as soon as results were in and assured my wife that there was no internal bleeding. We were sent home within 3 hours after arrival. All medical personnel were courteous. Sorry I don't remember anyone's names. But they all are to be commended.

Went to them for many years because I thought they were great. After moving and getting other medical advise, I learned they misdiagnosed an autoimmune didorder i have. They were treating it as a sinus issue. All during this time I v was getting injections that were bad for my condition!!! I was seeing some specialist there that missed the diagnosis that was caught by the same type specialist that was caught the issue here immediately.

What a great place with great staff. Soon as you check in the staff go to work no matter the 52 people I counted in the E.R on January 7th @ 3:30 pm. Very nice and clean place very busy due to the great service and high tech available. Highly recommended. Ultrasound tech was super professional and she had a super positive attitude to keep a person happy.
