They said i was in network with my insurance. Came for one appointment. Had to go get scans and blood drawn at other offices for Dr. Ahmed whos working out of Dr. Mobleys office. I took off work and came in today for appt #2 to be told after sitting in office for 30 mins that im out of network. They knew yesterday that i was "now out of network and id have to pay an expensive co pay". I asked why no one told me this yesterday, "i thought someone called you" Someone clearly is dropping the ball here. Everyone is nice here, however due to this experience id caution you on using this office until changes are made that this doesnt happen again.
As usual, I was treated with respect while in the clinic on 06/30/25. Recently I received help from office staff in obtaining an Rx Coupon which has saved me $272.00 total on 2 Rx's.
