While other people complain about waiting for Dr. Lechin, I view it as a good thing....he is thorough and doesn't rush to get to the next patient. He actually listens and makes decisions based on your health. A busy doctor is a good sign that a lot of people trust him.

After my hospital stay in March 2025 with no help from Dr Miller or Courtney Campbell, it took my oncologist, Dr Erin Fleener as lead to get me admitted and see doctors that were willing to review my records, change my medications and perform more test. Upon my discharge I was told to see my cardiologist in 5-7 days. I called Courtney Campbell and she said she had reviewed my he hospital records and just to keep my previously scheduled appointment which was 5 weeks out. She became very irritated when I questioned that and was insistent I was fine and refused to see me sooner. This office should learn to return other doctor's phone calls. Kim in the business office needs to learn how to do billing and she should be out of excuses by now. It took well over a year to settle my account. My Ejection Fraction when admitted to the hospital in March was a 10-15. Learn to be better!

Dr Miller is wonderful he was very reassuring and explained everything to me and my husband when I saw him in the office and for testing after my stroke. I was recently sent to the hospital with chest pain by my PCP to be evaluated. I had a stroke in December and she felt i was having Cardiac issues. I did not want to go the ER but she insisted. Dr Millers PA Courtney was awful. She saw me in the hospital and made me feel like an idiot for being there. She was loud and obnoxious and treated me like i was a 2 year old, I would rather go to somewhere else than to ever see her again.

Dr Lechin, Michelle and the whole staff are a true blessing to us. My husband has been a patient since his heart bypass in 2004. Even though the appointment wait times can be a bit long at times, it is very worth it. The care he has received has literally been a life saver.

Just want to say that I don't live in BCS anymore but I am eternally grateful to Dr. Lechin at BCS Heart. Yes the wait time may be long but it is worth it, if your appointment runs late it's because patients get thorough care here. I've struggled my entire life with a systemic, disabling condition that strangely many/most doctors are not educated on. Dr. Lechin WAS educated on it and took all of my symptoms seriously. He helped me find medications and strategies to give me some quality of life back. Before him, I was completely dismissed by a different cardiologist. So I am all the more grateful. All the medical assistants here were the utmost kind and helpful to me as well.
