Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Cedar Park

Just when I thought racism was over smh!!! Went to the ER with my niece, sat there checked in for at least 45 minutes, a white family came in after us, checked in, and was called back before us, the man didn't have a physical insurance card either. When the nurse Donna came out to call people to the back, she looked over at us, with a knowing look, I also gave a knowing look as well. Knowing meaning you black people will not go in to be seen before these white people smh. We left to seek care elsewhere, I returned to get names. Bonnie at the desk, Maddie an abrasive disrespectful nurse, and Donna a disrespectful racist, all need to be reevaluated for the job positions they hold. Black people be careful seeking care at this facility!!!!

Dr. Laura Williams is one of the best Doctor to whom I met. With excellent knowledge in her field. I am well impressed with her ability to understand patients problems. This is my second visit with her. My A1C is always between 8.3 to 8.5. After my first visit in September 2025 she changed my medication and when I had my blood work on December 8th, 2025 my A1C was 7.3. Excellent improvement in my health wise. Noel Mascarenhas

Dr. Williams takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I always leave feeling informed and confident about my care. It's rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and approachable. I am always grateful for Dr Williams. Besides being a sensible human being; she an extraordinary professional. My visits with her are very informative and the route to follow after it, ends up being the best one always. I trust her 100%, and will recommend her as a 5 star doctor. Thank you Dr. Williams.

This is hands down the WORST Baylor Scott & White location. My appointment was at 9:30 AM, but they didn't bother calling my name until an hour later. What's the point of even setting appointments if you people can't manage basic scheduling? The front desk lady, Ashley, was flat-out rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She had no clue about the lab that were order in clinic. She told me I'll have to wait on top of how much I already waited. When I told her that I can't wait and I need to get it done now. She said "talk to the manager" who, of course, never showed up. Pathetic. The only decent person here was nurse Izzy, who at least apologized, unlike Ashley who clearly needs serious training on how to speak to patients without an attitude. This place is a joke always delayed, always unorganized, and the staff at the front desk are the worst I've ever dealt with. Absolutely unacceptable.
