Each time I have an appointment, I'm waiting for over 45 minutes. They're excuse on Tuesday, 12/16/2025 was there was an emergency. My point is why wasn't I called to cancel? I did not intend to wait until 7:00 to be seen after working 8 hours. The receptionist was rude and inconsiderate of my time. She was eager to reschedule me and not even trying to verify how much longer I would have to wait. This is not to mention I had already waited for an hour.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted very warmly. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The Nurse, Radiologist, and PA were all very professional and provided excellent care. The talked me through everything they were going to do for me. I left with a recommendation to see a specialist and prescriptions. I highly recommend this Facility and the Care Team!
There is too much redundancy on paperwork. Nice, clean establishment with all friendly staff. Once they get started, you will be out very quickly.
Made my appointment online and was seen as scheduled. The nurse and PA were thorough and listened to me. They prescribed meds and I'm better after 24 hours. Thank goodness we have urgent care or it would have been an ER trip.
It was very pleasant and we were helped immediately. The waiting room was very clean. I didn't have long to wait. Both the MA and PA were very attentive and caring. I felt well taken care of. It was a good experience.
