Hendrick Clinic

So I had open heart surgery in April I had Hendricks North a wire broke loose holding my sternum together. So we went in in October and took the wires out. On a Friday they send me home with a wound back on it's a little deal that I guess sucks the trash out of the wound and got a sponge on it. Doctor tells me that if the thing quits over the before I come back to call them. So it quits on the next Saturday . So I'll call them smart aleck nurse and answer the phone says well is this an emergency well I don't know I'm not a doctor if I was I would know what to do. So eventually this doctor Carlson

My mom went to the ER with chest pains. I told the ER doctor I did not want my mom being admitted to the BRMC, due to past bad history with this place. The 2nd ER doctor said she needed to be seen now & did not need to wait. So I prayed about the doctor I had never met & God gave me a piece about him. It turns out he is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He is very kind & funny. He took his time with me & my mom & explained everything to where we could understand it. He was truly concerned about my moms heath & mine. I truly knew he was the one God had planned for her when he told us he prayed before every procedure & he said it was him doing the procedure, but it was God guiding his hands. Dr. Rivera & the ICU nurses changed my perspective of this hospital. They were all 10's in our book.

I was super apprehensive of going to a dr. office that is not one I am familiar with since I am a college student. They were quick to get me an appointment, very friendly and professional on the phone as well as during my visit. The nurse practitioner that checked me out was fantastic and made me feel super comfortable! I would Highly recommend!!!
