Best hospital in my opinion. Had both kids there. Every time I've gone to ER it's always a good experience. Nurses and doctors are very attentive and friendly. NO mean girl nurses like other places. Great bed side manners from everyone. Everything is always clean and always get a good room.

After waiting 6 hours in the ER I was moved to a room. The mattress was worn beyond help. Very uncomfortable.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Two male nurses Jessie and Bruce were the best, give them a raise!

Worst experience ever ! I had never see such a disgusting hospital like this one there was a lot of trash on the floor and the waiting room was a mess the inside there were pieces of Cotten with blood from previous patients very unsanitary not to mention the Dr who was there was not helpful at all walked in with a severe chest pain and vomiting hadn't been able to hold food in and you would think they would want to give you an IV or some X-rays to check for any sign of pneumonia nope nothing all we got was a " I hope you feel better and some pain medicine!!

Delivered my baby here and am so thankful for the care we received. The nursing staff was amazing and did their best to follow my birth plan and allowed my baby to stay with me after delivery instead of be taken to nursery as is standard practice outside of the Valley. I would recommend Valley Regional to anyone looking to choose a hospital to deliver at, especially if you want to request to keep baby with mom instead of send to nursery. They will listen to your requests and make safe and appropriate accommodations for mom and baby!

Update: Still same horrible attentiveness and cleanliness! The floor was full of fake eyelashes every where.
I understand that people are in and out of this place and it can get hectic because it's an ER however, cleanliness should be of high importance especially in an urgent care! Not to mention some amazing bedside manner doesn't hurt every now and then! Also, I don't know why I feel like HIPPA is normal here! Had another nurse ask.... Well why didn't you go to your primary doctor... Sir if it was open at 1am in the morning maybe I would have! Mind you spent 4 hours there! Long story short the decline of this hospital is evident THE END!
